Description
QP-F35B Explosion-proof electrostatic eliminator has passed the
certification and inspection of the national explosion-proof
certification agency, and has been tested in the ethylene
environment. It can be used for the static elimination of class IIB
explosive gas environment. The main body of the product is made of
composite glass steel material, and the main body has no metal
parts, which greatly improves the insulation of the product and
ensures more reliable and safe use of the product; the internal
part adopts the full filling structure, which avoids the influence
of external water, oil and various gases on the internal structure
and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the product; the
back part is equipped with an integrated injection molding slider,

(1) According to the use environment, the electrostatic eliminator
needs to clean the discharge electrode at regular intervals to
ensure the high efficiency of eliminating static electricity.
Cleaning method: turn off the power supply, wipe the tip with
anhydrous alcohol, and then turn on the power after the alcohol is
completely volatilized;
(2) If the indicator light on the panel of the power box is off, it
should be stopped from using and repaired by professional
maintenance personnel. The power box can only be used again after
it is checked to be normal.
